We go above and beyond to ensure that your office or business is treated with ultimate care. We wear booties on our shoes and cover your floors with drop cloths. We also cover desks and computers with plastic before working over head so there will be no mess left when we’re done. We also keep our trucks maintained and serviced so as to not drip any oil or grease in your driveway or parking area.
With our high-powered vacuum truck, we will gain access into your return air duct system and your supply duct system and hook into it with a 10″ diameter hose and pull a strong vacuum. Your furnace or air handler will be thoroughly cleaned.
We remove the blower fan, disassemble it and wash it with soap and water and scrub it clean. Most companies leave the blower in place and just blow compressed air around it. While the blower fan is removed we are able to thoroughly clean the blower compartment and inspect the condition of your heat exchanger (gas furnaces only) for safety. Your air conditioning or heat pump coil (if equipped) will be thoroughly blown out with compressed air and washed with a special coil cleaning agent. Your outside condenser unit will also be cleaned and washed.
We go to every return and supply vent and run special compressed air cleaning tools down each one that are aggressive enough to remove dirt and debris but gentle enough not to damage your duct work. After all the grills and registers are washed with soap and water and the vents are cleaned, we go back to the furnace or air handler and run the cleaning tools up the opposite direction to ensure that all dust, dirt and debris has been removed. A
ll access openings will be patched to SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association) and NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) standars. At this point, if you haven’t chosen to sanitize your duct system with a sanitizing agent, your furnace and access holes will be reassembled and checked for correct operation.
